In order to accommodate the expected delivery of the items by 15 December 2026 (Subject to change; Eg. Unprecedented situation - Pandemic, shipment delay, monsoon, delays at custom check etc) at the period of time, we wish for your understanding to Adhere to extended online order deadline - 21 September 2026 (Monday) for a smooth process and completion of this exercise. PERSONAL INFORMATION AUTHORISATION
Agents are to provide their personal information to PAL Diaries Press for the ordering and packing arrangement of their orders.
PERSONALISATION (NAME-PRINTING) TERMS & CONDITIONS
a) For diaries and planners : FREE name-printing for orders of 50 copies and above. No additional paid-service name printing for orders of 49 copies and below.
b) For calendars: Orders of 50 copies & above - Paid-service for name-printing available at RM70.00
c) Only three lines will be allowed for the printing of your personalisation details on all items. We reserve the rights to exclude any information not specified in the “personalisation details” section.
MODE OF PAYMENT
a) Orders of RM200.00 & above are allowed to pay via commission deduction (applicable to GM,UM,CA/LIA ONLY).
(i) For those opting for commission deduction, please ensure the name entered under billing details at checkout matched exactly with the same registered in the DCMS, as any mismatch will result in a failed commission deduction. b) Orders of RM199.00 and below must pay via on-line banking transaction (e.g. FPX/Credit Card).
YOUR ORDER FORM WILL BE DEEMED NULL & VOID
a) IF you do not indicate your rank and/or your form is incomplete.
b) IF your payment transaction is invalid and/or full payment is not made at time of ordering.
WE RESERVE OUR RIGHTS TO NOT DELIVER YOUR GOODS IF YOUR ORDER IS DEEMED NULL & VOID.
